Deliciously combining yogurt and butter, with the secret traditional recipe that we inherited from our grandparents and the excellent quality sheep milk, we produce in our modern facilities in our traditional way the famous Tsalafouti. This creamy cheese with its rich and fresh taste can be used as a spread in salads and is perfectly combined with meat and cold cuts or even desserts.
