Kaseri from Xanthi has tradition and roots. Produced a few meters outside the city by the Hatziioannidis family for the last 40 years with consistency and ethos. Kaseri of Xanthi is a PDO product (Protected Designation of Origin) since 2003, and has won the Cheese Production Award 2013 organized by “Gastronomos”. For its preparation, 100% goat and sheep milk is used by the breeders of the area, whom it honors and respects for their perfect long-term cooperation.
