PECORINO WITH BLACK TRUFFLE

Table hard cheese with rich aroma and the intense flavor of black truffle. The traditional Pecorino of Amfilochia, from local Greek sheep milk, is mixed with real black truffle and its oil, creating an excellent delicacy. Aged for more than 3 months. After maturation, it is packaged in airtight bags. It is in itself a delicious pleasure or it can perfectly accompany a glass of wine.
