Graviera cheese Gasparakis is among the finest hard cheeses in Greece. Made with 100% fresh sheep milk from Rethymno. During the initial maturation, which lasts for months, a natural crust is created on the outside. Its color is light yellow to white. It has holes in its mass. Its aroma is light, but rich and pleasant. It is excellent, semi-sweet, with a long maturation aftertaste. Its fats fully give the taste of sheep butter.
