SYROS SPICY XYNOTYRO

A soft white cheese made from cow milk, with a firm structure and a slightly sour full taste. Incredibly aromatic, it highlights the local milks, it is cool and goes well with olive oil and fresh tomatoes. Thyme, oregano and pepper go amazingly well with this cheese and make it even more special.
